If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering, all guests will be asked to leave without a refund. ▪Turn off all gas stove burners, ovens, fans, & AC/Heater prior to leaving home. ▪ No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 10:00pm. ▪ No shoes inside the property. ▪ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. ▪ No Smoking of any kind in the house. If the noise persists or becomes excessive, all guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. ▪You will be charged $50 for each hour after check out unless prior arrangements have been made. ▪The installed cameras located around the exterior of the property are actively recording 24/7 and are for security purposes only and a $500 penalty will be charged to guests if anyone in the party tampers with the internet/cable or security system. ▪Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. ▪To keep the refrigerator working at its best, please make sure to close the door when not in use and give the door an extra push to ensure it closes fully at the bottom. ▪Kindly put trash in the black bin, recyclables in the blue bin, and organic waste in the green bin only. ▪No sitting, leaning, or laying on Air Hockey Table ▪Please handle all game room equipment with care to ensure they remain in good condition. -Please remember to close all side gates upon entering and leaving the property. **We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if these rules are broken**
